The World Umami Forum in NYC

The World Umami Forum presented by Ajinomoto Co., Inc., was a two-day consortium bringing together food science experts, renowned researchers, and top culinary personalities to deepen understanding for umami and its essential role in American cuisine, and to begin dispelling common myths about monosodium glutamate (MSG). I designed all the graphics needed for this event, including table graphics, stage backdrops, photo backdrops, lanyards, vinyl window graphics, and more.

These three graphics were for the sponsors of the event. Each sponsor had their graphic printed and applied to a 5.5ft x 8ft window.

I typeset and arranged these 8 layouts that were ultimately printed on vinyl and adhered onto eight separate 2.5ft x 8 ft tables.

This is a photo frame for visitors to get their picture taken with the world renowned culinary expert, Andrew Zimmern.

This is one of the stage backdrops where a chef will give a presentation on food.

Both of these designs were created as vinyl graphics that were adhered onto windows.
